Additional Details

ORIGIN: 55% Tempranillo from Echunga in the Southern Adelaide Hills and 45% Touriga Nacional from Langhorne Creek.

FERMENTATION: The vineyards were harvested on separate days and both were fermented in 5 tonne open fermenters with regular hand plunging and a conventional fermentation.

MATURATION: Transferred to a combination of 10% new French Oak and older French Oak Hogsheads and Puncheons for ten months maturation prior to being bottled.

 

ANALYSIS: Alcohol 14% v/v, Sugar (G/F) <0.9 g/L, pH 3.63, Titratable Acidity 6.04g/L
